We intend to build a network of partners/franchisees. Each franchisee would have exclusive rights to a territory (country) and would be responsible for managing & operating the business in their region. Franchisee activities include: Sales, Marketing, Support & Billing.

85% of the Revenues generated in the region would be retained by the franchisee

AdHome's responsibilities as a Franchisor:

• Build an international marketplace of buyers, sellers & agencies
• Platform Development: Web + Mobile (Android & iPhone apps)
• Marketing Collateral (Brochures, Tutorials, Videos, etc.)
• Promotion Activities (Social Media, Press Releases, Online Advertising, etc.)
• Business Plan & Consulting
• Billing & Invoicing (Optional)
